The Grassroots Fund and its partners seek to raise the collective voice of grassroots environmental and social justice organizers so that we, as a movement for a just and sustainable future, can build a shared understanding of the current needs, challenges, and opportunities and work together to identify how we can move towards a new vision.
During the months ahead of the conference, we asked YOU to share your perspective on the needs, challenges, and opportunities within your grassroots organizing work so that we can better understand how to resource the grassroots. During this event, we aimed to share back to you what we heard, and have a conversation around how we can collectively work together to maximize opportunities and how we can create spaces for new ideas to emerge to address existing barriers.
Each issue area, “Catalyst Conversation” session was hosted by a network partner who facilitated dialogues around how we can reform, resist, recreate, and reimagine for the coming year. We welcomed all grassroots leaders and supporters to co-create this process with us and to have their voices heard.
Your voice in these conversations help shape future funding and support programs for the grassroots - please join us, and help us help you! Please contact Leigh Cameron at leigh@grassrootsfund.org or 603-905-9915.
This portion of the event was free; RVSP was required.
